Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met coaching en coördinatie en bouwt zo mee aan een sterk en gespecialiseerd team.

We zijn meer dan accountants: samen met onze klanten denken we proactief mee en bieden we advies op maat. Digitalisering en kwaliteit vormen daarbij een essentieel onderdeel van onze dagelijkse werking. Vanuit onze embedded advisor-aanpak bouwen we doelgericht verder aan onze internationale dienstverlening binnen Accountancy

++ Jouw rol als (Senior) Manager International

Als (senior) manager ben je de inhoudelijke expert, sparringpartner voor klanten én coach voor je team. Je bent nauw betrokken bij complexe internationale dossiers en zorgt tegelijk voor structuur, kwaliteit en continuïteit in de werking.

Concreet betekent dit:

· Je begeleidt internationale klanten bij hun Belgische accountancy- en rapporteringsverplichtingen

· Je vertaalt Belgische cijfers naar een internationale context (bv. groepsrapportering, BE GAAP vs. andere GAAP)

· Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor internationale klanten en coördineert de samenwerking tussen accountancy, collega’s van andere businesslines (tax, legal, corporate finance,…) én ons internationaal netwerk om klanten correct, efficiënt en proactief te begeleiden

· Je handelt vanuit de embedded advisor-aanpak, niet alleen reactief, maar je adviseert ook anticiperend vanuit de context en planning van de klant

· Je coördineert dossiers en bewaakt kwaliteit, deadlines en klanttevredenheid

· Je voert reviews uit en neemt de lead in eindbesprekingen

Daarnaast neem je een belangrijke rol op binnen het team:

  • Je coacht en begeleidt advisors in hun professionele groei
  • Je ondersteunt de team manager in planning, prioriteiten en operationele werking
  • Je stimuleert een cultuur van continue verbetering, kennisdeling, feedback en samenwerking binnen het team en over de businesslines heen.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten en schakelt vlot met interne experten

++ Even afchecken – wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt je ITAA-titel (Accountant of Belastingadviseur) of stagiair
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in accountancy, bij voorkeur binnen een kantoor
  • Je hebt affiniteit met of interesse in internationale dossiers en structuren
  • Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van accountancy en fiscaliteit

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met pragmatiek
  • Je kan complexe materie helder vertalen naar klanten
  • Je communiceert professioneel en vlot, ook in Engels
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt proactief mee
  • Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van collega’s
