The posting

  • Je werkt afwisselend in onze restaurants, het theater en tijdens congressen en evenementen;
  • Je ontvangt gasten met een glimlach, neemt bestellingen op, serveert gerechten en dranken en geeft passend advies;
  • Je helpt bij het opbouwen, klaarzetten en afbreken van vergaderzalen en evenementen;
  • Je verzorgt de mise-en-place, zoals het indekken van tafels, het aanvullen van voorraden en het netjes houden van de werkruimtes;

  • Een veelzijdige functie op een unieke locatie in hartje Roermond;
  • Werken binnen een warm familiebedrijf met korte lijnen en een informele werksfeer;
  • Volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen met interne opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden;
  • Een goed salaris en vakantiegeld;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding (indien van toepassing) en een goede pensioenregeling;
  • Gratis parkeren tijdens werktijd;
  • Gratis gebruik van onze fitnessfaciliteiten;
  • Personeelskorting wanneer je komt eten bij TheaterHotel De Oranjerie en Het Arresthuis;
  • Regelmatig gratis toegang tot theatervoorstellingen voor jou én een introducee;
  • Exclusieve personeelsaanbiedingen en kortingen binnen Van der Valk;
  • Gezellige personeelsfeesten, teamuitjes en borrels;
  • En natuurlijk sluiten we regelmatig samen af met een drankje.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent enthousiast, positief ingesteld en een echte aanpakker;
  • Je bent gastvrij, stapt makkelijk op mensen af en vindt het leuk om onze gasten een fantastische ervaring te bezorgen;
  • Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw enthousiasme en inzet vinden wij veel belangrijker;
  • Ook als het ineens druk wordt, houd jij het hoofd koel en blijf je gastvrij;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en vindt werken in de avonden, weekenden en op feestdagen geen probleem.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
