1、负责芯片模拟电路设计流程中的 EDA 前后端工具环境搭建、配置与维护，确保设计工具链稳定运行； 2、熟悉analog/custom cell k 库流程，熟悉相关主流EDA(liberate/primelib)等工具； 3、开发和优化芯片设计自动化脚本，提升设计流程效率和规范性； 4、参与芯片设计流程的标准化制定，编写工具使用指南、流程文档及故障排查手册，为模拟设计团队提供技术支持； 5、跟踪 EDA 工具新版本特性、行业技术动态及相关AI应用，评估新工具 / 新流程的引入可行性，推动设计方法学优化。

1、本科及以上学历，微电子、电子工程、计算机科学等相关专业，3 年以上芯片模拟 EDA 工具支持或设计流程开发经验； 2、熟练使用模拟设计相关EDA工具（如 Virtuoso、Calibre、QRC、Spectre、Liberate/ams、primelib等）； 3、具备 Tcl、Python 、Skill等脚本语言编程能力，能独立开发自动化工具或流程脚本； 4、有AI应用、图形界面开发、模拟K库经验是加分项； 5、了解 Linux 操作系统及 Shell 命令，具备良好的问题debug能力； 6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
