职责描述： 1、ESSD产品的可服性设计及验收； 2、售后FA故障/维修方案制定、故障数据的分析； 3、服务FA实验室环境、资产管理，FA流程规范建设与维护； 4、客户样品分级分类，物料利旧复用技术支持； 5、客户现场产品售后问题紧急支持、信息收集、产品升级等。 专业技能： 1、熟练使用维修定位工具进行大部分器件定位分析（示波器、热成像、万用表、烙铁、热风枪）； 2、掌握PCBA失效原理，熟悉电子元器件焊接操作，能看懂产品原理图，熟悉看图软件，能独立解决问题； 3、熟悉Flash DRAM存储类原理，熟悉数电\模电知识，电路设计或电路分析； 4、熟悉PC服务器操作及Linux操作系统，能读懂英文相关的测试信息以及盘片日志和smart。

1、大专及以上学历，电子相关专业，5年以上板级维修经验，有SSD模组或服务器相关产品维修经验的为佳； 2、了解正向生产、逆向维修及售后RMA流程； 3、具备较好的承压能力，有一定的客户现场沟通技巧，能与客户建立良好沟通及临场应变能力； 4、逻辑推理清晰、能主动自我学习，具备团队协作、跨部门协作能力。
