The posting

1、负责ESSD及存储产品硬件测试的技术规划与能力建设，包括测试方法论的引入、测试工具链的优化、重点专项测试能力（SI/PI/EMC/可靠性）的构建与沉淀； 2、主导团队在测试过程中遇到的复杂疑难问题攻关，带领团队进行根因分析，输出解决方案并沉淀案例； 3、优化测试问题管理流程，建立缺陷分析机制，推动跨部门高效协作，保障项目质量目标的达成； 4、参与硬件设计评审，从测试角度识别设计风险，进行技术评审与风险把控，提出改进建议；负责测试方案、测试报告的技术评审，确保测试活动的充分性与有效性； 5、能够统筹管理项目的硬件测试交付工作，包括制定测试计划、分配测试资源、监控测试进度、识别交付风险、协调跨部门资源，确保测试活动按节点高质量完成，并对测试交付结果负责； 6、跟踪PCIe/NVMe协议演进、SSD前沿技术，预研对应的测试方法并转化为团队可落地的测试指南或自动化工具。

1、自动化/电气工程/电子信息等相关专业，本科7年以上或硕士5年以上存储/服务器/通信行业硬件测试或开发经验，其中至少2年技术管理或项目测试交付管理经验； 2、深入掌握SSD硬件架构及接口协议，包括但不限于PCIe、NVMe、SATA、DDR、NAND Flash等，具备独立分析及解决复杂硬件问题的能力，有主导过至少2个SSD产品硬件测试全流程的实战案例； 3、精通信号完整性、电源完整性、电磁兼容等专项技术，具备从测试现象推导设计缺陷并提出改进方案的经验； 4、具备较强的团队协作与跨部门沟通能力，能够有效推动问题闭环；有团队培养或技术培训经验者优先，能承受较大工作压力； 5、熟悉SSD性能测试工具及自动化脚本开发，能指导团队搭建自动化测试框架；了解常见协议分析仪、精通高速示波器、协议分析仪的使用方法； 6、良好的英语阅读能力，能快速理解英文协议文档、技术标准及业界前沿论文；具备技术文档撰写能力，能输出高质量的测试规范、培训教材及案例分析报告。
