一、职责描述 1、负责产品的散热设计：进行需求和方案分析，分解场景进行建模仿真，输出热仿真报告/测试报告，指导产品进行散热的优化和验收。 2、负责产品热相关工作端到端的项目交付：从需求/设计/验证/测试/量产，指导PCB设计，结构设计，器件的散热优化，散热器和导热凝胶的选型，确保满足产品的要求。 3、负责热领域相关问题定位：热仿真和测试相关问题，器件超温问题，器件封装热阻的选择和评估，导热材料相关引入的问题，热与结构/工艺等相关问题。 4、负责公司热领域的能力建设：新散热材料和技术的引入和验证，产品热设计规范的演进跟踪，持续保持竞争力领先，风冷和液冷相关技术研究。

二、任职要求 1、本科学历及以上，热能，工程热物理、流体力学相关专业，5年以上产品热设计工作经验，具有独立完成项目的能力； 2、熟悉产品IPD和热设计和测试流程，精通热的分析理论，导热材料，散热材料和器件的热特性； 3、熟练使用热设计CFD软件工具，熟悉flotherm和Icepak等； 4、具有SSD/服务器/板卡类的产品的热设计经验； 5、具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力； 6、具有较强的抗压能力和良好的团队合作精神，乐于沟通分享；
