The posting

1、建立客户质量界面与跨部门快速响应流程，主导客户满意度管理及TOP问题系统解决。 2、主导客诉8D全流程闭环，提升客户对产品质量的整体感知。 3、负责客户KPI监控与退货率等数据分析，建立TOP问题清单并驱动持续改进。 4、主导QPA/QSA/MRR等客户审核应对、整改落地及PCN变更管理。 5、制定服务支持计划与售后成本预算，统筹全生命周期产品服务及合同风险管控。 6、将客户声音转化为内部规范，作为服务代表参与TR4A后风险评审及试制问题闭环。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上质量工作经验，其中至少2年客户质量或客诉处理经验。 2、精通8D、FMEA、SPC等质量工具，熟悉QPA/QSA/MRR客户审核及PCN变更管理。 3、具备数据分析与KPI监控能力，能独立推动跨部门问题闭环解决。 4、沟通协调能力强，具备客户导向思维，能承受一定工作压力。
