工作职责 1. 负责服务器/存储等相关产品的热设计分析与评估， 2. 进行系统级和单板级散热设计仿真，提出可行的散热方案；

1. 本科毕业5年以上或者硕士毕业3年以上电子产品热设计相关工作经验，有服务器和存储产品或者电脑类产品等热设计经验的优先考虑； 2. 熟练应用热分析仿真软件（如Flotherm或者Icepak，FloEFD，Starccm+等）中的一种； 3. 了解服务器存储等产品的开发流程； 4. 熟悉散热测试相关设备（温箱，温度记录仪，风洞等）的操作使用； 5. 了解风扇以及散热器的制造加工工艺；
