【岗位职责】 1. 主导封装与测试新产品导入流程活动的准备及执行，统筹管理产品工程设计文件、制造工艺文件及工装夹具等关键试制资源的齐套性，确保各阶段制造导入活动按计划节点有序实施。 2. 验证与评审管理 - 组织产品可制造性、可测试性验证（DFX），系统识别导入及试制阶段的风险问题，于各TR节点输出批次验证报告，推动验证方案有效落地。 - 在产品开发阶段牵头封测领域评审，拉通各职能部门解决评审遗留问题；策划试制验证方案及DOE（实验设计），提前明确验证目标与方法。 3. 负责各TR节点交付套件（包括工程文件、质量文件、工装/夹具、测试装备、验证报告、培训课件等）的完整输出与归档，组织试制到量产的正式交接，保障转产过程平稳、可追溯。 4. 拉通研发、制造、质量等关键部门，推动新产品导入全周期各类问题的分析与闭环处理；同时协调并快速响应量产阶段的技术异常，确保生产线的连续性和稳定性。

【工作经验要求】 1.具备半导体行业/芯片封装与测试领域5年以上新产品导入、项目管理、工艺研发等工作经验 2.熟悉APQP新产品导入和研发试制流程，对芯片封装与测试产品研发制造全流程有较深的理解，了解制造工序关键控制要素，如晶圆研磨/切割、Flip chip倒装、焊线、塑封等 3. 熟悉工艺研发和质量管理工具（QC 手法、FMEA、Cpk、DOE 等） 4.熟悉试制、验证总结和各类报告的撰写方法 5. 熟悉IPD 集成项目开发管理流程相关知识，有PMP或NPDP证书者优先考虑 6. 熟悉芯片封装与测试DFX（可制造性、可测试性等）设计，熟悉项目管理知识和方法--存储芯片方向尤佳 7.对项目计划、质量和制造成本等有较强的风险识别和管控能力 8. 具备优秀的组织、协调、沟通能力及良好的团队合作精神，及时推动问题解决。
