1、有硬件开发经验，独立做过硬件框架设计和原理图设计，制作和管理BOM； 2、有器件选型经验，熟悉关键器件路标，如DDR颗粒、NAND Flash颗粒； 3、有硬件产品从开发和导入生产量产经验，熟悉生产导入流程和各环节，有较强的硬件问题定位和分析能力； 4、SI测试经验，有调试和UT测试经验；有DDR一致性和flash SI测试经验优先； 5、撰写过硬件开发交付件，如硬件详细设计文档等； 6、推动和沟通能力强，热爱硬件开发职业； 7、具有固态硬盘开发经验、PCB layout、仿真经验优先； 8、计算机科学/电气/电子学士学位或硕士学位。
