1.测试方案与策略制定：负责内存产品的硬件测试方案设计，包括信号完整性（SI/PI）、电源完整性、功耗、EMC、功能及可靠性测试等，制定测试用例、测试策略与测试规范； 2.测试执行与交付：独立执行硬件测试计划，安排技术员完成测试用例执行，记录、汇总、分析测试数据，输出规范化的测试报告，对测试结果负责； 3.缺陷管理与闭环：主导硬件测试问题的识别、录入、跟踪与回归验证，推动研发团队定位并解决测试中发现的问题，确保问题闭环； 4.平台与流程建设：参与硬件测试平台和流程的持续优化，完善测试用例库，提升测试效率与测试覆盖度；构建各阶段所需测试环境和自动化工具； 5.跨团队协作：协同芯片设计、固件开发、系统验证及质量团队，保障产品各阶段交付质量；参与供应商（测试厂）的日常沟通与质量监控。

1.本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、通信、自动化等相关专业。 2.5年以上硬件测试或相关领域经验，具备内存产品测试背景者优先； 3.熟悉JEDEC存储协议（如UFS 3.1/4.0、eMMC标准）或高速接口协议（PCIe/USB/MIPI）； 4.精通SI/PI、EMC、功耗、功能等硬件测试方法，熟悉相关测试标准与行业规范； 5.熟练操作示波器、频谱仪、协议分析仪、功率分析仪等高频测试仪器； 6.具备扎实的数模电路理论基础，能独立完成测试方案设计和测试用例编写； 7.具备良好的问题分析与定位能力，能通过测试现象初步判断问题类型（硬件/固件/算法），并提供清晰的测试数据支撑； 8.工作严谨细致，具备较强的执行力和自驱力；沟通表达能力良好，善于跨团队协作。
