全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信或相关专业，5年以上嵌入式系统或存储行业软件测试经验。 深入理解NVMe/PCIe协议及NAND Flash存储原理，具备企业级SSD产品特性测试实战经验，熟悉协议一致性测试方法。 熟练使用Python/Shell编程，具备自动化测试框架开发能力，能独立完成特性测试脚本编写与CI集成。 具备较强的逻辑分析与问题定位能力，能独立驱动跨团队缺陷分析与解决方案闭环，有存储行业认证（如NVMe规范认证等）者优先。
