1、负责内存产品生产测试方案的设计、开发、验证与评估，并将其成功导入制造系统。构建行业领先的生产测试方案，确保项目顺利量产。 2、主导内存测试装备平台的验证与优化工作，提供具备核心竞争力且成本最优的测试装备方案。 3、负责满足新产品量产化的装备需求及生产测试的产能扩容规划，确保测试能力与业务增长同步。 4、负责内存新产品的可制造性（DFM）、可测试性（DFT） 评审，把控单板交付质量。主导制造系统的验证流程，推动研发与制造端的协同，促进产品快速稳定，实现从试产到批量化生产的高质量导入。 5、深入分析并解决量产测试过程中出现的各类异常与技术瓶颈，主导重大技术问题的攻关。运用PDCA（计划-执行-检查-处理） 等质量管理工具，持续推动测试流程的优化与质量提升，并反向驱动研发设计进行闭环改进。

1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、计算机、自动化等相关专业； 2、具备5年以上半导体/存储行业内存测试或产品工程相关经验，有团队管理或项目主导经验者优先。 3、熟悉存储器测试方案设计，具备量产测试导入经验，深刻理解测试成本（COT）、良率提升与测试时间的平衡。
