1. 负责存储产品SSD的系统级测试，包括功能验证、性能测试、兼容性测试及异常场景测试等 2. 主导测试方案设计，制定测试计划、测试用例与测试报告，熟悉IPD流程，并对测试过程实施管理和控制 3. 分析测试失败根因，协同硬件 / 固件 / 芯片团队推动问题解决 4. 进行测试用例设计及自动化测试脚本（Python / Shell）开发，提升测试效率与覆盖率

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化等相关专业 2. 7年以上系统测试或软件测试开发经验，有存储产品（SSD / 嵌入式存储 / PCIe）测试经验优先 3. 熟悉 NVMe / PCIe / SATA 协议及主流测试工具（nvme-cli /fio/ CrystalDiskMark 等） 4. 熟练掌握 Python / Shell 编程，具备自动化测试框架搭建能力 5. 熟悉windows, linux，信创系统平台，具备良好的问题分析与根因定位能力，逻辑清晰 6. 有团队协作经验，能主导测试专题技术攻坚 加分项： 有 AI 测试提效经验
