工作内容： 1. 端到端看护产品的测试质量、负责测试需求分析、测试策略/方案设计、测试计划等，确保产品高质量按时交付； 2. PCIe5.0、NVMe2.0、MI、TCG、OCP等规范的新特性新技术研究，测试用例设计； 3. 负责SSD产品DFT基线设计、开发设计review等； 4. 主导重大问题FA、风险评估和持续闭环改善，参与产品团队各阶段的评审决策； 5. 引入业界先进理念和方法，提升部门测试人员能力；

任职资格: 1．本科及以上学历，电子类相关专业； 2．8年或以上存储类产品测试经验，熟悉包括但不限于FPGA验证、FW测试、系统测试、可靠性测试等各阶段测试架构和方法，熟悉SSD产品开发的整个流程周期； 3. 熟悉OEM/ODM认证流程和测试用例，熟悉各种测试工具设备（举例但不限于SanBlaze/DM/Quarch/Pynvme等），有测试用例设计和脚本开发经验； 4．有较强的产品异常分析能力，对失效分析、缺陷管理有较强经验；熟悉PCIe协议分析仪等设备，能够使用PA/LA等工具进行FA分析； 5. 熟悉PCIE、NVMe和TCG等协议； 6. 熟悉SSD内部FTL算法、NFC管理和thermal/Low power等特性设计，了解NAND颗粒特性； 7. 熟悉行业认证如IOL、PCI-SIG、Intel Mods、微软WHQL等； 8. 对跨团队、跨地域合作与沟通有丰富经验；有一定技术团队管理经验更佳。
