岗位职责 1、 负责存储芯片在研磨、划片、激光切割、隐切及扩片段的工艺路线与流程构建； 2、 负责新产品、新工艺及新设备的导入、试产与量产交付； 3、 负责工艺参数、设备性能及物料的验证评估，保障工艺设计目标的达成； 4、 负责产线异常、不良及瓶颈问题的根因分析，处理制程质量投诉，制定并落实改善方案，以提升良率与制程稳健性； 5、 负责编制优化研磨切割工序SOP、工艺标准及品质规范，培训指导技术员及操作人员； 6、 负责研磨切割段在良率、性能、成本、效率等方面的持续优化与提升； 7、 负责推动技术突破与创新，搭建研磨切割段的核心竞争力。

【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，微电子、材料科学、物理/机械相关专业，具备扎实的半导体理论基础； 2、熟悉主流封装技术，有一年及以上相关工艺研发或制程改善经验；
