The posting

1、负责SSD产品硬件方案设计、元器件选型、原理图绘制，并指导PCB Layout设计； 2、负责硬件调试、信号质量测试(如PCIe/SATA/NAND Flash时序)，联合固件工程师进行问题分析； 3、配合硬件设计团队完成产品的优化、降成本等需求设计； 4、处理量产过程中的硬件异常，进行根因分析并提供解决方案;负责客户退件(RMA)的失效分析，并撰写分析报告； 5、参与新技术研究与应用跟踪，组织技术发展趋势研究，并协助优化产品开发流程与团队能力建设。

1、精通Cadence 0rCAD/Allegro，能独立完成原理图设计和PCB检查工作； 2、具有PCB layout的EMI/EMC的处理，安规、工艺、可靠性及高速信号处理的设计经验； 3、熟悉PCIe(Gen3/4/5)、0NFI/Toggle、NVMe 等规范； 4、熟练使用示波器、频谱仪、逻辑分析仪等仪器进行电路调试和信号分析； 5、电子信息、通信或其他相关专业本科及以上学历； 6、工作抗压能力强,项目责任心强、沟通协调能力强； 7、掌握信号完整性(SI)与电源完整性(PI)，具有SI/PI问题能力。
