1、计算机、通信、电子、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历，有5年及以上测试工作经验。 2、具备1年以上团队/项目测试管理经验，能独立带领小团队负责项目测试。 3、熟悉服务器/PC软硬件和Linux操作系统，有内存相关测试经验优先。 4、精通测试流程、测试方案和用例设计、持续改进方法，能主动进行技术钻研，引进先进测试工具或方法。 5、具有良好的沟通交流及推动能力、逻辑分析能力、学习总结能力。做事有责任心和耐心，抗压能力强。 6、性格积极向上、敢于担当，有个人主见和独特的想法见解，敢于提出并与团队成员开放讨论，共同提升和进步。
