一、职责描述 1、负责产品的结构设计：完成需求和方案分析，输出结构模型和图纸设计，相关设计文档，配合和指导产品PCB设计，结构应力分析，满足产品，散热和生产制造的要求。 2、负责结构相关工作端到端的项目交付：从需求/设计/打样/试产/量产，到结构相关供应商的质量管理，磨具设计和良率提升，包装设计等，确保结构满足产品量产要求。 3、负责结构领域相关问题定位：结构来料质量问题，结构散热相关问题，结构应力相关问题，结构制造和包装相关问题等。 4、负责公司结构领域的能力建设：新材料的验证，新结构工艺评估，结构应力的分析，结构配合散热技术的研究，产品结构设计规范的演进跟踪，持续保持竞争力领先。

二、任职要求 1、本科学历及以上，机械和结构类相关专业，5年以上结构设计工作经验，具有独立完成项目的能力； 2、熟悉产品IPD和结构设计流程，精通结构相关设计要求，力学和材料相关的理论； 3、熟练使用结构相关的设计工具，如Creo软件进行3D建模，相关仿真工作； 4、熟悉钣金、塑件、压铸件等结构零件设计要求和规范，包括模具，成型和冲压等工艺规范； 5、具有SSD/服务器/板卡类的产品的结构设计经验，熟悉相关行业规范； 6、具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力； 7、具有较强的抗压能力和良好的团队合作精神，乐于沟通分享；
