1、负责存储产品从需求分析、立项、研发、测试到量产的全生命周期项目管理。 2、制定项目计划，明确里程碑、资源分配及交付节点，识别并管理关键路径与风险。 3、协调内部研发、测试、生产、质量、产品、市场等团队，推动项目高效执行，确保按时按质交付。 4、组织项目评审、例会及复盘，输出项目周报/月报，向管理层汇报关键进展与决策点。 5、管理互联网大厂客户定制化项目需求，对接客户PM/技术团队，处理需求变更、交付验收及售后问题闭环。 6、持续优化项目管理流程与工具，提升组织交付效率与质量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、自动化、通信或相关专业。 2、5年以上IT/半导体/存储行业项目管理经验，有存储背景者优先；熟悉内存模组、服务器、存储产品或数据中心相关硬件部件。 3、熟悉硬件/嵌入式软件开发流程及研发制造全流程（NPI、EVT/DVT/PVT、MP）。 4、熟悉IPD流程，熟练使用项目管理工具，具备PMP或同等认证加分。 5、优秀的逻辑与风险敏感度，能主动推动问题解决，适应多任务并行，具备互联网行业快节奏下的抗压能力。 6、良好的客户沟通与内部协作能力，能承受项目冲刺期压力。
