1、负责企业级 SSD（ESSD）产品的软件/固件性能测试方案设计，制定测试计划、测试用例与性能基准 2、搭建并维护自动化性能测试环境，确保测试可重复性与数据准确性 3、构建性能测试全链路能力，包括数据分析、测试规范、测试工具等 4、对测试数据进行深度分析，定位性能瓶颈根因，与固件团队、硬件团队协作，推动性能问题闭环解决 5、研究前沿存储性能测试方法论，持续提升团队性能测试能力

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、通信工程等相关专业 2、5年以上存储产品或相关领域的性能测试经验，有 ESSD/SSD 测试经验者优先 3、熟悉 NVMe/PCIe 协议栈，理解 SSD 硬件基本架构（NAND Flash、控制器、DRAM、固件） 4、熟练掌握主流性能测试工具，如 FIO、vdbench 等 5、熟悉 Linux 操作系统，具备 Shell、Python 脚本开发能力，能熟练应用IO路径的性能分析工具； 6、具有较强的抗压能力和良好的团队合作精神，乐于沟通分享；
