The posting

1、负责分解产品硬件测试需求，制定详细的测试方案、测试计划与测试用例，覆盖功能、性能、专项测试、可靠性及兼容性等测试项目； 2、搭建测试环境(Windows/Linux)，执行硬件产品的单板单元测试、专项测试、热测试、硬件可靠性测试等硬件测试； 3、主导测试问题管理流程，跟踪 Bug 并协助开发团队进行定位分析，推动问题及时闭环； 4、负责 EMC 领域(含 ESD、EMI、CPI、RF noise 等)的测试验证及整改设计； 5、负责编写测试报告、测试规范，参与新技术及协议的研究并开发相应的测试用例； 6、参与硬件设计开发活动，包括原理图检视、BOM校准、器件选型等，从测试角度前置质量把控。

1、自动化/电气工程/电力电子/电子信息等相关专业，在计算机/通信/服务器/存储行业有硬件交付的实际工程案例，本科5年以上，硕士3年以上，优秀人才条件适当放宽； 2、存储行业SSD硬件测试经验者优先，X86硬件领域熟悉者更佳，熟悉常规PCIE接口、SATA接口、DRAM接口、nandflash接口、DC/DC的硬件指标及测试指标要求； 3、有扎实的电路基础，熟悉模拟电路、数字电路，有独立电路设计经验优先，对PI、SI、EMC/EMI有深刻的理解及解决经验； 4、较强的团队协作精神和责任心、工作有热情、积极，学习能力强，具有一定的创造力，具有较好的沟通及协作能力，能承受一定的压力，熟练使用各类测试仪器，如高速示波器、电子负载仪、万用表等，进行信号完整性(SI)与电源完整性(PI)测试； 5、熟悉SSD性能测试软件(fio，Iometer，crystalDiskMark,AS SSD.ATTO)等，具有一定的脚本开发能力； 6、良好英语阅读能力，具备听说读写的能力。
