1.全芯片物理验证：负责全芯片DRC/ANT/LVS/ERC/ESD的规划与验证，确保芯片的可制造性与良率； 2.自研IP设计实现：负责自研小IP的设计仿真与Layout实现； 3.IP/IO验证与对接：负责IP/IO的PV验证，并与Fab/Vendor保持密切沟通，提前识别和规避相关风险； 4.关键系统物理实现：负责某一关键系统的PPA（性能/功耗/面积）物理实现工作； 5.技术迭代与效率提升：负责PV领域前沿技术的导入，加速PV迭代速度，提高迭代效率，缩短项目周期。

1. 技术知识 具备深厚的数字/模拟集成电路设计基础； 熟知主流Fab工艺特点，具备先进工艺实现经验； 掌握ESD相关专业知识； 具有数字后端物理实现经验。 2. 工具与平台 具备较强的Python/Tcl脚本开发能力； 熟练使用Calibre/Innovus/PT等主流EDA工具； 具备TSMC、三星或国产工艺平台的开发能力。 3. 经验要求 8年以上PV/ESD设计经验，负责过多款大型先进工艺PV/ESD整体规划； 具备一定模拟定制能力，能够完成简单小IP的Layout（如SHDMI/MESH/标准单元再开发等）； 具备较强PR（Place & Route）能力，能够完成复杂模块的PR实现与Signoff； 具备模拟仿真能力，能够进行Spice仿真； 具备较强脚本开发能力，能够提升PV Fix的自动化程度； 有IPD流程经验者优先，适应能力与抗压能力强。
