工作职责 1、负责服务器/内存等产品开发中主板和其他板卡在器件布局与Layout走线阶段的信号完整性仿真工作，为板卡的Layout提供信号完整性要求和建议，并参与Layout评审； 2、负责指导和牵头组织服务器产品信号完整性测试工作，并牵头完整测试要求与测试用例； 3、和其他领域工程师紧密协作，保证整体硬件电路设计指标的按期实现并满足可靠性和一致性要求； 4、参与SI相关的技术预研和技术积累工作。"

任职资格 1、本科或以上学历，信号完整性/SI岗位相关从业经验，在主流服务器/内存等厂商工作超5年的优先. 2、有丰富的研发、疑难问题处理能力，能够与硬件开发团队和Layout团队协同合作，高效完成信号完整性仿真与测试任务； 3、能够熟练使用业界常用信号仿真与测试的相关软件与仪表； 4、具有良好的沟通和表达能力、文档编写能力以及团队协作精神，具有高度的职业进取心和责任心；
