📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

  • Rattaché(e) au département Sourcing Groupe, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs commerciaux de Brandsplace et leurs responsables d'affaires pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans à court, moyen et long terme, en organisant le suivi des performances et en facilitant l'accès aux données.
  • Vous intégrerez l'équipe Data de Brandsplace et serez rattaché(e) au responsable des données commerciales Groupe. Votre champ d'action couvrira tous les secteurs d'activité de Brandsplace, tels que le commerce, la logistique, le marketing ou la gestion des relations clients.

🎯 MISSIONS

  • Construire des outils de suivi de la performance : chiffre d’affaires, marge et indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
  • Réaliser les reportings et analyses hebdomadaires et mensuels des résultats commerciaux.
  • Calculer les bonus sur l’ensemble du périmètre Brandsplace.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les Business Managers et les Directeurs Commerciaux afin de répondre à leurs besoins en matière de données.
  • Développer des prévisions commerciales et mettre en place les processus et outils associés.
  • Concevoir des tableaux de bord avancés sur MicroStrategy afin d’automatiser les processus de reporting.
  • Formuler et demander des requêtes SQL complexes pour répondre aux problématiques et besoins métiers.

👉 PRÉ REQUIS

  • Vous disposez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un environnement exigeant en matière de reporting, avec notamment la création et la gestion de modèles sur Google Sheets ou Excel. Une connaissance de l’activité Marketplace est un plus.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les données provenant de sources multiples, y compris lorsqu’elles sont complexes, et disposez d’excellentes capacités de modélisation. Une expérience préalable en SQL n’est pas obligatoire, mais constitue un réel atout.
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des différents métiers de la VP et de leurs enjeux commerciaux.
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais, indispensable pour le poste.
  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par le business, souhaitez comprendre les leviers de performance et êtes curieux(se) de découvrir ce qui peut être développé ou optimisé.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et êtes fortement attaché(e) à la réussite collective.
  • Vous êtes un(e) excellent(e) communicant(e) et savez expliquer simplement des sujets complexes à des interlocuteurs aux profils variés.
  • Vous êtes très rigoureux(se), orienté(e) résolution de problèmes et disposez d’un fort esprit d’initiative.
