🎯 MISION

  • Gestionar las solicitudes más complejas relacionadas con las ventas,
  • Fidelizar a los clientes (usuarios de Internet) ofreciéndoles respuestas pertinentes y personalizadas,
  • Buscar las soluciones más adecuadas a las solicitudes de los clientes, colaborando estrechamente con los distintos departamentos internos y las marcas asociadas,
  • Garantizar la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.

👉MUST HAVE skills

  • Con una formación mínima de bachillerato, cuenta con experiencia en atención al cliente (idealmente en gestión de reclamaciones) lo que le ha permitido desarrollar una auténtica vocación de servicio y orientación a la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Aporta iniciativas para la resolución de problemas y posee una gran capacidad para arbitrar situaciones y tomar decisiones.
  • Es una persona rigurosa, con excelentes habilidades de redacción, un dominio perfecto de la ortografía y soltura en la atención telefónica.
  • Castellano como idioma nativo y se desenvuelve con soltura en inglésy Frances
  • Nivel de Castellano: lengua materna.
