📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

🎯 MISSIONS

  • Préparer, organiser et normaliser les données produits fournies par nos marques partenaires.
  • Intégrer les informations produits dans nos systèmes, notamment dans le PIM (références produits, tailles, couleurs, attributs, codes-barres, prix, niveaux de stock, etc.).
  • Garantir la qualité, la cohérence et la conformité des données aux normes de Veepee.
  • Effectuer des contrôles qualité avant la mise en production, portant à la fois sur les données du catalogue et les visuels des produits.
  • Identifier, analyser et résoudre les problèmes liés aux données détectés au cours du processus de production.
  • Collaborer quotidiennement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour assurer le bon déroulement des campagnes de vente.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et de la qualité des données.
  • Suivre votre activité et fournir des rapports réguliers sur les tâches accomplies.

👉 PRÉ REQUIS

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau BAC+3 (ou équivalent).
  • Vous êtes parfaitement à l'aise avec Microsoft Excel et Google Sheets, maîtrisant les formules, filtres et tableaux croisés dynamiques.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences en organisation et votre capacité à prioriser.
  • Vous êtes particulièrement rigoureux(se), doté(e) d'un grand souci du détail et engagé(e) envers la qualité de votre travail.
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d'un fort esprit analytique vous permettant de traiter et d'analyser les données.
  • Vous êtes communicatif(ve) et particulièrement épanoui(e) dans le travail d'équipe.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler en toute autonomie et de vous adapter facilement à l'évolution des priorités.
  • Vous êtes capable de communiquer en anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral avec un niveau intermédiaire.
