📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Le responsable Comptabilité Stocks aura pour rôle de garantir la fiabilité des comptes de stocks et d’achats de marchandises, il sera impliqué dans les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles, et sera le contact privilégié dans son domaine en internes et externes.

🎯 MISSIONS

  • Organisation et coordination : planifier et superviser les activités de l’équipe
  • Formation : assurer la formation continue et le développement professionnel de l’équipe
  • Fixation et suivi des objectifs : définir des objectifs clairs pour l’équipe et suivre leur réalisation
  • Superviser la comptabilité stocks, y compris les FNP et le calcul de la dépréciation des stocks
  • Clôtures mensuelles et annuelles : participer activement aux clôtures périodiques en garantissant l'exactitude des données comptables
  • Réconciliation des comptes : effectuer les réconciliations mensuelles des FNP avec les achats
  • Explication des écarts : analyser et expliquer les “écarts constatés avec le contrôle de gestion
  • Mise à jour des KPIs : maintenir et actualiser les indicateurs de performances clés
  • Reporting mensuels : préparer et communiquer les rapports définis par la direction financière
  • Analyse des écarts : analyse des variations post-clôture et initier les actions correctives nécessaires, justification des variations de bilan
  • Analyse Ad hoc : réaliser des analyses spécifiques pour répondre à des besoins ponctuels
  • Analyse des écarts : identifier et analyser les différences post-cloture
  • Collaboration transversale : mener des réunions régulières avec d’autres départements (Entrepôts, Gestion des stocks, commerce, contrôle de gestion, etc…) pour discuter des améliorations possibles
  • Superviser les travaux d’inventaire : garantir l’exactitude des données
  • réconciliation régulière : assurer des réconciliations précises et régulières des données d’inventaires

👉 PRÉ REQUIS

  • BAC+2 minimum
  • 2 ans d’expérience minimum en tant que manager d’une équipe comptable
  • Solides connaissances en comptabilité, et principalement en comptabilité stocks/marge
  • Respect des délais, organisation, sens du détail
  • Excellent communiquant, aisance relationnelle
  • Appétence pour les outils informatiques (google sheet en niveau avancé ; IA…)
  • Connaissance de SAP serait un plus
  • Anglais indispensable
