📄 DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

🎯 MISSIONS

  • Gérer l'intégralité du processus de recrutement, du brief de lancement avec le manager jusqu'à l'intégration du candidat
  • Contribuer à la détection et au recrutement de profils en interne
  • Développer et déployer des stratégies de sourcing ciblées (Jobboards, LinkedIn, WTTJ, réseau, cooptation) pour créer un vivier de candidats
  • Garantir une expérience candidat de qualité et assurer le suivi des KPIs du Groupe
  • Développer une relation de confiance avec les hiring managers, les conseiller et les challenger pour anticiper leurs besoins de recrutement
  • Rédiger les propositions salariales
  • Gérer la partie administrative liée à l'embauche et suivre le parcours d'intégration (onboarding) des nouveaux collaborateurs

👉 PRÉ REQUIS

  • Vous préparez une formation de niveau Bac +4/5 (Université, École de commerce ou École RH).
  • Vous justifiez d'un niveau d'Anglais professionnel courant (niveau B2 minimum requis) vous permettant d'évoluer dans un contexte multiculturel.
  • Vous avez un fort intérêt pour le business, le recrutement et la recherche de solutions.
  • Vous faites preuve de curiosité, d'esprit d'équipe, de proactivité et du sens de l'initiative.
  • Une première expérience en recrutement ou en RH (stage ou alternance) est un plus.
