Kontorassistent – Service, Montage & Installation

Om stillingen Vi søger en struktureret og serviceminded kontorassistent til vores afdeling for Service, Montage & Installation.

Du bliver en vigtig administrativ støtte for afdelingen og skal være med til at sikre korrekt fakturering, god dokumentation og effektiv opfølgning på vores opgaver.

Primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Fakturering og ordreopfølgning
  • Klargøring og håndtering af fakturering.
  • Kontrol og registrering af timer, materialer og øvrige omkostninger.
  • Opfølgning på afsluttede og ikke-fakturerede opgaver.

Kunde- og servicedokumentation

  • Udarbejdelse og håndtering af servicerapporter og kundedokumentation.
  • Understøttelse af drifts- og vedligeholdelsesdokumentation (D&V).
  • Strukturering og arkivering af projekt- og servicedokumentation.

Kvalitet og administration

  • Administrativ understøttelse af kvalitetssystemer og interne processer.
  • Vedligeholdelse af skabeloner og administrative dokumenter.
  • Øvrige administrative opgaver og støtte til afdelingslederen og teamet.

Dine kvalifikationer

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring med administration, fakturering eller ordrebehandling.
  • Arbejder struktureret, selvstændigt og har sans for detaljer.
  • Har gode IT-kompetencer og let ved at lære nye systemer.
  • Er serviceminded og trives med mange forskellige opgaver.
  • Kommunikerer godt på dansk og kan begå dig på engelsk.

Erfaring fra en teknisk virksomhed, byggebranchen eller en serviceorganisation er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
