Onze slimme systemen helpen pluimveehouders wereldwijd om hun werk efficiënter, diervriendelijker en duurzamer te maken. Als Enterprise Architect speel jij daarin een sleutelrol. Je geeft vanuit bedrijfs- en IT-strategie richting aan processen, applicaties, data, integraties, IT/OT, infrastructuur, platforms, security en technologie, waaronder AI. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten, investeringen en technische uitvoering aantoonbaar aansluiten op een vastgestelde Enterprise Architectuur en meerjarige koers.

Jouw carrière

  • Ontwikkelen, vaststellen en bewaken van de Enterprise Architectuur, inclusief architectuurprincipes, doelarchitectuur, roadmap en governance;
  • Vertalen van de bedrijfs- en IT-strategie naar samenhangende kaders voor processen, applicaties, data, integraties, infrastructuur, security en digitale technologieën;
  • Borgen van samenhang tussen IT, OT, R&D, data en digitale platforms door standaardisatie, harmonisatie en strategische besluitvorming;
  • Adviseren van directie en management over complexe IT- en organisatievraagstukken, toetsen van initiatieven en investeringen en richting geven aan architecten, experts en projectteams;
  • Signaleren van relevante technologische ontwikkelingen, zoals AI, cloud en data, en adviseren over de strategische toepassing daarvan.

Jouw talenten

  • WO-werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met minimaal acht jaar ervaring binnen IT, informatiemanagement of enterprise-architectuur, bij voorkeur in complexe organisaties en verandertrajecten;
  • Ruime ervaring met enterprise-, proces-, applicatie-, data-, integratie- en IT/OT-architectuur en met technologieën zoals ERP, PLM, MES, cloud, security, identity en datamanagement;
  • Sterk strategisch en analytisch inzicht, met het vermogen om verbanden, afhankelijkheden, risico’s en organisatiebrede impact helder in kaart te brengen;
  • Overtuigende en besluitvaardige verbinder die directie, business, IT, R&D, OT en externe partners samenbrengt en strategie vertaalt naar concrete kaders, roadmaps, governance en besluitvorming;
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels, waarmee je mensen, data en ideeën effectief met elkaar verbindt.
