Je controleert processen, analyseert kwaliteitsafwijkingen en ondersteunt de organisatie bij het doorvoeren van verbeteringen. Met jouw scherpe blik zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit niet alleen een norm is, maar een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel van ons dagelijks werk.

Jouw carrière

  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van operationele processen en signaleren van afwijkingen en verbetermogelijkheden;
  • Onderzoeken van kwaliteitsissues, analyseren van grondoorzaken en ondersteunen bij de implementatie van structurele verbetermaatregelen;
  • Opstellen van kwaliteitsrapportages en delen van inzichten met betrokken collega's en afdelingen;
  • Samenwerken met productie, logistiek en andere stakeholders om kwaliteitsnormen te borgen en continu te verbeteren;
  • Initiëren en ondersteunen van verbetertrajecten gericht op het verhogen van product-, proces- en productiekwaliteit.

Jouw talenten

  • Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met relevante werkervaring binnen een kwaliteitsomgeving;
  • Kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en geldende kwaliteitsnormen;
  • Inzicht in productie- en logistieke processen en de daarbij behorende kwaliteitsrisico's;
  • Analytisch vermogen om data en afwijkingen te vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties;
  • Nauwkeurigheid, een proactieve houding en goede communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken met collega's op verschillende niveaus.
