Ben jij toe aan een rol waarin je jezelf kunt ontwikkelen, uitdaging vindt en écht impact maakt? Binnen R&D coördineer jij ND- en ETO-projecten voor commerciële orders. Je verbindt Engineering, Projectleiders en andere stakeholders, bewaakt planning en voortgang en houdt iedereen betrokken. Met jouw proactieve houding signaleer je risico’s op tijd en stuur je bij waar nodig.

Jouw carrière

  • Projecten coördineren en managen van order tot oplevering;
  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplannen, budgetten en planningen;
  • Zorgen voor actuele en transparante projectinformatie;
  • Risico’s en knelpunten signaleren en hier proactief op inspelen;
  • Aansturen en afstemmen met interne stakeholders zoals engineers, projectleiders en lead engineers (LPR).

Jouw talenten

  • Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement - bij voorkeur in een technische/projectmatige omgeving;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Het talent om in de hectiek het overzicht te bewaren van lopende ontwikkelprojecten;
  • Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding.
