Hier speel je een belangrijke rol in het volledige recruitmentproces en ondersteun je daarnaast de HR-organisatie met administratieve werkzaamheden rondom in-, door- en uitstroom. Je neemt eigenaarschap over jouw processen, ziet kansen om zaken slimmer en efficiënter in te richten en zorgt ervoor dat zowel kandidaten als collega's zich optimaal ondersteund voelen. Door nauw samen te werken draag je bij aan een professionele, toekomstbestendige en mensgerichte organisatie.

Jouw carrière

  • Ondersteunen en coördineren van het recruitmentproces, van vacaturepublicatie tot onboarding van nieuwe collega's;
  • Onderhouden van contact met kandidaten, hiring managers en externe partijen en zorgen voor een uitstekende candidate experience;
  • Beheren van vacatures, kandidaten en recruitmentdata in ons ATS en bewaken van een tijdige en correcte opvolging van sollicitatieprocedures;
  • Verzorgen van HR-administratieve werkzaamheden rondom in-, door- en uitstroom, opleidingen en verzuim;
  • Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en overige HR-documenten en zorgen voor een correcte personeelsadministratie volgens wet- en regelgeving.

Jouw talenten

  • Een afgeronde mbo+ of hbo-opleiding richting HRM, Personeel & Arbeid, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar;
  • Minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een ondersteunende HR- of recruitmentfunctie, waarbij recruitment een belangrijk onderdeel van je werkzaamheden was;
  • Ervaring met het verwerken en beheren van kandidaten in een Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ervaring met Recruitee is een pre;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden richting kandidaten, collega's en leidinggevenden in het Nederlands en Engels;
  • Een nauwkeurige, servicegerichte en proactieve werkhouding.
