Für unser Banking-Team an den Standorten Berlin, Leipzig und Heidelberg suchen wir dich in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) als Call Center Agent - Vertriebsprofi Kredit (m/w/d).

Deine Mission

  • Du begleitest unsere Kunden auf dem Weg zu einem erfolgreichen Kreditabschluss bei einer unserer Partnerbanken von A bis Z
  • Bei uns erwartet dich keine Kaltakquise, denn alle unsere Kunden haben aktiv über den Kreditvergleich eine Beratung angefragt
  • Hierfür ermittelst du im Gespräch den Bedarf und die persönliche Situation des Kunden und erstellst mit Hilfe unserer Kreditplattformen optimale Kreditangebote
  • Als telefonischer und schriftlicher Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden stellst du sicher, dass sie sich bei uns gut beraten fühlen

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Dialogmarketing oder eine andere kaufmännische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil
  • Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung im direkten telefonischen Kundenkontakt, idealerweise aus einem Call Center oder Service Center
  • Eine hohe Taktung an Kundenkontakten bringt dich nicht aus der Ruhe - du arbeitest strukturiert und priorisiert
  • Erste Kenntnisse in einem CRM-System (z. B. Salesforce) oder Ticketsystem sowie dem MS Office Paket
  • Du bist technikaffin und kannst dich schnell in neue Systeme einarbeiten
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und arbeitest dabei selbstständig, zuverlässig und vertriebsorientiert
