Für unser Team in Heidelberg suchen wir dich in Vollzeit zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Teamleiter Vertrieb Kredit (m/w/d). Wir bieten dir Raum zur Weiterentwicklung und die Möglichkeit mit einem coolen Team zu performen.

Deine Mission

  • Als Teamleiter bist du der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für dein Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für ca. 10–15 Kundenberater und sorgst dafür, dass Qualität, Motivation und Leistung stimmen
  • Du nimmst eine Vertriebsvorbildfunktion für dein Team ein
  • Durch Coachings und konstruktives Feedback unterstützt du die einzelnen Kollegen ihre persönlichen Potentiale zu entfalten und schaffst es, die Teamperformance kontinuierlich zu steigern
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting sorgst du für einen optimalen Aufbau des Teams
  • Du optimierst Prozesse und stellst hierbei unsere Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Mitarbeitende (m/w/d) gleichermaßen in den Mittelpunkt

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Finanzdienstleistungen, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Kreditprodukte
  • Fundierte Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb und die Motivation, dein Team fachlich, vertrieblich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Zielorientiertes Auftreten, klare Kommunikation und hohes Engagement
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis runden dein Profil ab
