Deine Mission

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich zu Preisvergleichen im Bereich Ratenkredite – von der Anfrage bis hin zur Auszahlung des Kredits
  • Du gehst Kreditanfragen proaktiv nach und überzeugst die Kunden von einem unserer Angebote - hierbei bearbeitest du ausschließlich warme Leads
  • Du ermittelst im Gespräch den Bedarf und die persönliche Situation des Kunden und erstellst mit Hilfe unserer Kreditplattform optimale Kreditangebote
  • Du erkennst Upselling-Potentiale und weißt diese auch umzusetzen
  • Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen unseren Kunden und den Banken

Das bringst du mit

  • Ob mit oder ohne Branchenerfahrung – wir suchen motivierte Teamplayer mit Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie.
  • Du bewegst dich sicher in digitalen Tools und übernimmst schnell unsere Prozesse
  • Erfahrung aus dem Bereich der Telefonie sind wünschenswert
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
