🚀 Your new position: Customer Success Executive

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for our B2B clients, owning the full lifecycle of portal and app launches, from kickoff to ongoing operations.

This role is for someone who takes initiative, builds strong client relationships, and is genuinely excited about using technology to work smarter.

🔍 Your main responsibilities Client & Project Ownership

  • Own the relationship with assigned B2B clients, acting as their main point of contact throughout the portal and app lifecycle.
  • Lead implementations from kickoff to launch, coordinating clients and internal teams and ensuring a smooth go-live.
  • Manage ongoing operations, client training and support, identifying opportunities to continuously improve the client experience.

Engagement & Performance

  • Develop and coordinate communications and engagement initiatives to drive platform adoption and usage.
  • Monitor customer usage and performance KPIs, translating insights into concrete improvement actions.
  • Ensure launch and platform quality through testing, validation and continuous UX feedback.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve incidents, manage operational needs and ensure client expectations are met.

🎯What are we looking for?

  • Strong experience managing B2B client relationships and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • A proactive, organised and solution-oriented mindset, with the confidence to manage challenging client situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Portuguese Bilingual level C2 | English B2
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel or Google Sheets to analyse data and track performance.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, including project management platforms and AI tools to improve productivity.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing environment while collaborating closely with the wider team.
  • Experience with CRM or Customer Success platforms is a plus.
