Η VIPA είναι μία από τις μεγαλύτερες εταιρίες στο εμπόριο ανακτημένων υλικών, με έδρα την Ελβετία και ηγετική θέση στην παγκόσμια Κυκλική Οικονομία. Στην Ελλάδα, απασχολούμε περισσότερους από 300 εργαζομένους στα κεντρικά μας γραφεία στη Θεσσαλονίκη και στην Αθήνα. Επιθυμούμε να προσλάβουμε υπαλλήλους γραφείου για το νέο γραφείο που θα ανοίξουμε στη πόλη της Καστοριάς. Πρόκειται για πενθήμερη, 8ωρη απασχόληση 9:00-17:00 είτε 10:30-19:00 (αναλόγως των αναγκών της ομάδας), Δευτέρα - Παρασκευή με σύμβαση εργασίας αορίστου χρόνου. Η θέση αφορά την υποστήριξη των παραγγελιών και της μεταφοράς τους (χώρες εντός και εκτός Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης).

Καθήκοντα και Αρμοδιότητες

  • Καταχώρηση πληροφοριών στο σύστημα ERP της εταιρίας
  • Έκδοση τιμολογίων και σχετικών εγγράφων (τιμολόγια, δελτία αποστολής κλπ.)
  • Επικαιροποίηση αρχείων και πληροφοριών
  • Επικοινωνία με μεταφορικές εταιρίες για συντονισμό του μεταφορικού έργου
  • Τηλεφωνική και ηλεκτρονική επικοινωνία με πελάτες και συνεργάτες
  • Συνεργασία με συναδέλφους άλλων τμημάτων για την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών
  • Υποστηρικτικές αρμοδιότητες εντός του τμήματος

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα και Δεξιότητες

  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών, (επίπεδο Proficiency)
  • Πτυχίο οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Πολύ καλές δεξιότητες πληροφορικής (Microsoft Office)
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες
