Sustainability Associate - Data entry

Based in Thessaloniki | Ref: SUS - 1026

Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, is headquartered in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We are looking for a professional who will be working on a non-fixed contract, with a shift 9:00 to 17:00.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing a comprehensive suite of activities related to reducing environmental impacts and applying sustainability principles
  • Maintaining ISO-related documentation and actively supporting certification and audit activities
  • Being in charge of data entry and electronic document management
  • Collaborating with other departments of the company

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience supporting ISO standards implementation, compliance, and audit processes is required
  • Degree in Environmental Studies (will be an asset)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
