Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du besetzt unseren Empfang als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Besucherinnen und Besucher
  • Du nimmst eingehende Anrufe von unserer Telefonzentrale entgegen und leitest sie zuverlässig an die richtigen Ansprechpersonen weiter
  • Du übernimmst die Annahme und Verteilung der Eingangspost sowie die Vorbereitung der Ausgangspost für den Versand
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Schlüsseln für Beschäftigte
  • Du übernimmst die Buchung von Dienstfahrzeugen und gibst die dazugehörigen Schlüssel und Papiere aus

Qualifikationen

  • Du überzeugst mit einem freundlichen, selbstständigen und sicheren Auftreten
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Empfang/ Rezeption oder Telefonzentrale
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Produkten (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Du bist serviceorientiert, kommunikationsstark und kannst souverän und ruhig mit Konfliktsituationen umgehen
