Sie interessieren sich für die Therapieform der stationsäquivalenten Behandlung zu Hause (StäB)? Bei dieser Behandlungsform werden Patientinnen und Patienten behandelt, die eine vollstationäre Behandlung benötigen, ihr häusliches Umfeld jedoch nicht verlassen können oder wollen. Die Vitos Behandlung Zuhause findet als intensive psychiatrisch–psychotherapeutische Behandlung im häuslichen Umfeld statt.

Wir suchen zum 01.01.2027 einen Sozialarbeiter / eine Sozialarbeiterin für die Behandlung Zuhause für Kinder und Jugendliche in Teilzeit (50% Beschäftigungsumfang).

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sie begleiten und unterstützen Kinder und Jugendliche mit psychischen Erkrankungen sowie ihre Eltern einfühlsam im häuslichen Umfeld im Rahmen der stationsäquivalenten Behandlung (StäB)
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Jugendämtern, Schulen und anderen Einrichtungen der Jugendhilfe zusammen und sind ein aktiver Teil unseres Netzwerks
  • Sie beraten und unterstützen Eltern und Sorgeberechtigte, deren Einbindung ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Behandlungskonzeptes ist
  • Sie bringen sich aktiv in unser multiprofessionelles Team ein, nehmen an Fallbesprechungen teil und gestalten ein therapeutisch wirksames Milieu sowie neue Konzepte mit
  • Sie übernehmen die sorgfältige, patientenbezogene Dokumentation sowie das Berichtswesen und wirken an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsstandards mit

Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom, B.A. oder M.A.) aus den Bereichen Soziale Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen in und Interesse an der Betreuung von jungen Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen
  • Sie verfügen über einen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Sie bringen die Bereitschaft zur Urlaubsvertretung an einem anderen Standort mit. Geplant ist eine gegenseitige Vertretungsregelung zwischen einzelnen Standorten
