Die Vitos Klinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie Bad Homburg bietet erwachsenen Menschen mit akuten oder chronischen psychiatrischen Erkrankungen auf insgesamt fünf Stationen und in zwei Ambulanzen professionelle Hilfe.

Unser Pflegeteam freut sich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt auf Deine Unterstützung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/-in (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung.

Stellenbeschreibung

- Der Fokus Deiner Tätigkeit liegt in der fachkundigen Übernahme, patientenorientierten Betreuung, Beratung und professionellen Krankenbeobachtung unserer psychisch erkrankten Patient/-innen

- Du fühlst Dich verantwortlich für Einzel- und auch Gruppenangebote sowie für eine vertrauensvolle und tragfähige Beziehungsgestaltung im therapeutischen Setting

- Du begleitest Patient/-innen in akuten seelischen Krisen

- Gemeinsam mit dem multiprofessionellen Team setzt Du pflegerisch-therapeutische Behandlungsangebote um und entwickelst diese weiter

Qualifikationen

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Du bringst Interesse am Fachgebiet Psychiatrie mit

- Mit Aufgeschlossenheit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, fachlicher Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Empathie bringst Du Dich bei der Versorgung unserer Patient/-innen in unserem Team ein

Zusätzliche Informationen

- Als examinierte Pflegefachperson erhältst Du bei uns eine Vergütung nach TVöD-K in der Entgeltgruppe P8 (zwischen 3.600,40,-€ und 4.366,71,-€ Brutto/Monat), plus Jahressonderzahlung und betriebliche Altersvorsorge.

- Mit der „Vitos Card“ erhältst Du ein Gehaltsextra von bis zu 50 € pro Monat (steuer- und sozialversicherungsfrei) zum Shopping, Tanken, in Supermärkten oder im Restaurant
