Als Store Manager:in und Augenoptikermeister:in führst du den Store in Aachen mit optischer Expertise, Haltung und einem echten Gespür für Menschen. Du leitest dein Team, stärkst den Store und schaffst einen Ort, an dem Beratung persönlich wirkt und Design klar spricht.

Du führst nicht von oben, sondern präsent: präzise, ruhig, verbindlich.

DEINE MISSION

  • Führe den Store operativ und fachlich – klar, strukturiert, nahbar.
  • Verantworte die Verkaufszahlen und erstelle monatliche Reports.
  • Sei Expert:in für alle optischen Themen im Store.
  • Führe Sehtests durch und analysiere Korrekturwerte präzise.’
  • Berate Kund:innen ehrlich und stilecht – optisch und ästhetisch.
  • Nimm handwerkliche Anpassungen direkt im Store vor.
  • Halte Prozesse im Flow: Bestellungen, Inventur, Produktpräsentation.
  • Bring Ideen ein, die Team und Store weiterbringen – Schritt für Schritt.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium als Augenoptikermeister:in.
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf – idealerweise in Fashion, Design oder hochwertigen Produkten.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Klarheit, diesen Schritt bewusst zu gehen.
  • Begeisterung für Brillen, Design und Beratung auf Augenhöhe.
  • Verkaufstalent mit Fokus auf langfristige Kund:innenzufriedenheit.
  • Teamplayer: verlässlich, offen, präzise.
  • Fliessendes Deutsch; Englisch ist ein Plus.
