  • machst du Fehler und entwickelst dich dadurch weiter, weil dir stets ein/e erfahrene/r Sparringspartner/in zur Seite steht.
  • nimmst du direkten Einfluss auf den Erfolg und den weiteren Ausbau unserer Beratungsleistungen bei Transaktionsgeschäften, z.B. indem du deine eigenen Ideen einbringst.

Idealerweise bringst du bereits mit ...

  • ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
  • eine ausgeprägte Teamorientierung, authentisches Auftreten, persönliches Engagement, hohe Sozialkompetenz und nicht zuletzt Humor
  • Erfahrungen aus Praktika / Werkstudententätigkeiten oder ersten beruflichen Stationen im Beratungsumfeld
  • Interesse digitale Geschäftsmodelle zu analysieren und zu verstehen
  • Zahlen- und Datenaffinität, analytisches Verständnis und kommunikative Stärke
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
