Ohne saubere Installation vor Ort bleibt jede Batteriespeicherlösung nur Theorie. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unserer Technik und dem Moment, in dem sie beim Kunden tatsächlich Strom speichert. Mit jeder Baustelle, die du fachlich führst, sorgst du dafür, dass unsere nachhaltigen Speicherlösungen zuverlässig ans Netz gehen – termingerecht, sicher und in bester Qualität.

  • Fachliche Führung von Technikern auf der Baustelle und Vorbereitung von Außendiensteinsätzen
  • Verantwortung für Baustellen und deren ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung
  • Koordination von internen Mitarbeitern sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Termintreue
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Projektleitern und weiteren Gewerken
  • Tatkräftige Mitarbeit bei Elektroinstallationen, Montage- und Servicearbeiten
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Rückmeldung an die Projektleitung

Dein Profil

Must-haves:

  • Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (mind. Geselle), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektroinstallation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen (u.a. DIN VDE 4105, 4110, 4120, 0100)
  • Erfahrung oder Interesse in den Bereichen Erneuerbare Energien und Energiespeicher
  • Organisierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ruhe und Besonnenheit auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und ein professioneller, verbindlicher Umgang mit Kunden
  • 100% Reisebereitschaft

Nice-to-have:

  • Mittelspannungsschaltberechtigung
  • Meister- oder Techniker-Abschluss
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien
