Como Operator COL, desempeñarás un papel clave en la ejecución de nuestras operaciones diarias, mientras construyes tanto el futuro de Vopak como el tuyo propio.

Tu Misión

Como Operator COL, serás responsable de ejecutar las actividades operacionales relacionadas con la descarga y carga de camiones (RTT), barcos, barcazas, transferencias entre tanques, transferencias a terminales externos y el manejo integral de productos almacenados en el Terminal. Todo esto garantizando el cumplimiento estricto de los procedimientos, estándares corporativos, políticas legales y normas medioambientales de la compañía para operar de forma segura.

¿Qué estarás haciendo?

  • Ejecutar actividades operacionales de carga y descarga de camiones, barcos y barcazas, además de realizar transferencias entre tanques y a terminales externos.
  • Preparar y limpiar la infraestructura y equipos de muelle y campo para las operaciones de cargue y descargue.
  • Mantener actualizados los sistemas de control de inventarios, despachos y recibos mediante el registro oportuno de las operaciones.
  • Gestionar muestras y ejecutar labores de mantenimiento locativo, preventivo y general en la terminal.
  • Velar por la seguridad operativa aplicando protocolos LOTO, realizando rondas e inspecciones, y respondiendo ante emergencias.

¿Te suena familiar?

  • Cuentas con un título de Tecnólogo en control y operación de procesos industriales, química industrial, mantenimiento industrial o áreas afines.
  • Cuentas con una experiencia mínima de 3 años en operaciones, seguridad o áreas afines en la industria portuaria o logística.
  • Posees conocimientos en manejo de productos químicos, derivados del petróleo, aceites vegetales y normas de seguridad industrial y protección ambiental.
  • Familiaridad con normativas legales de transporte y manejo de mercancías peligrosas (ej. Resolución 2498 de 2008 / Decreto 1609 de 2012).
  • Demuestras competencias clave en Orientación a la Seguridad, Atención al Detalle, Trabajo en Equipo, Comunicación Asertiva, Servicio al Cliente y Proactividad.
