Jouw missie!

Duurzaam ondernemen betekent kritisch kijken naar onze eigen impact: door afval beter bij de bron te scheiden, verlagen we onze CO2-uitstoot én kosten. Als Facility Stagiair(e) onderzoek jij hoe we ons bedrijfsafval slimmer kunnen scheiden en vertaal je dit naar praktische faciliteiten én een succesvolle gedragsverandering onder collega's.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het in kaart brengen van de huidige (IST) en gewenste (SOLL) situatie en het opstellen van een GAP-analyse voor diverse afvalstromen (o.a. bedrijfsrestaurant, pantries en sanitair).
  • Het analyseren van kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve data van leveranciers en de afvalinzamelaar om hiaten te identificeren.
  • Het onderzoeken en opzetten van effectieve communicatie- en bewustwordingsacties om collega's intrinsiek te motiveren hun afval correct te scheiden.
  • Adviseren over de benodigde praktische faciliteiten (zoals de juiste inzamelmiddelen, heldere routing en effectieve signing).
  • Het borgen van compliance-processen en wettelijke verplichtingen (zoals de afvalscheidingsplicht en afvalstoffenregistratie).
  • (Beperkt) operationeel meedraaien in het team op de Facility Servicedesk.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je volgt momenteel een relevante mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de richting van Facility Management.
  • Je bent vaardig in data-analyse en hebt het vermogen om naar ruwe data te kijken en ontbrekende informatie te identificeren.
  • Je hebt het zelfvertrouwen om vlot en professioneel te communiceren met diverse interne stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en een passie voor duurzaamheid en continue procesverbetering.
