Jouw Missie

In de rol van Senior Buyer draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor grootschalige inkooptrajecten en geef je strategisch vorm aan het beheer van jouw categorieën. Je bouwt scherpe categorietrategieën uit, leidt complexe tender- en onderhandelingstrajecten voor grootschalige projecten en stuurt actief op kostenoptimalisatie, risicobeheersing en leveranciersperformance. Daarnaast treed je op als strategisch sparringpartner voor interne projectteams en bied je sterke ondersteuning aan de Procurement Manager.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Category Management & Strategie:Ontwikkelen, implementeren en proactief bijsturen van markt- en categorietrategieën voor investeringsgoederen en diensten. Initiëren en vormgeven van bruikbare verbetervoorstellen voor het jaarlijkse Procurement Plan. Grondige markt- en spend-analyses uitvoeren om kansen voor standaardisatie, efficiëntie en kostenbesparing te identificeren.
  • Project Procurement Tenderbeheer Begeleiden van de aankoopstrategie bij omvangrijke en complexe inkoopprojecten van A tot Z. Beheren en faciliteren van de volledige sourcingcyclus: van RFI/RFQ en marktconsultaties tot clarificatiemeetings en commerciële eindonderhandelingen. Uitvoeren van leveranciersselecties op basis van gestructureerde gunningscriteria, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) en risicoanalyses.
  • Contract- & Leveranciersmanagement: Onderhandelen, opstellen, implementeren en bewaken van complexe contracten (inclusief juridische clausules, escalatiepaden en KPI’s) Actief leveranciersbeheer (SRM) opzetten: periodieke evaluaties uitvoeren, prestaties monitoren en continue verbetertrajecten aansturen.
  • Stakeholder Management & Rapportage: Fungeren als een tactische brug tussen techniek, projectmanagement, finance en externe leveranciers. Beheren en rapporteren van KPI’s, realiseerde besparingen, risico-analyses en voortgang van projecten.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een master denkniveau en minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische Procurement omgeving
  • Ervaring met het managen en begeleiden van de inkoop bij grote projecten binnen een technische, industriële of logistieke omgeving.
  • Solide juridische basiskennis m.b.t. contractclausules, garanties en aansprakelijkheden.
  • Uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden op tactisch niveau.
  • Goede ervaring met ERP-systemen en datagedreven aankooptools.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels (gesproken en geschreven).
