Additional Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Physics or related field.
  • C1+ English level

Experience:

  • Expertise in quality assurance methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and product quality.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, with a strong track record of improving quality processes.
  • Experience in recruiting and selecting quality control personnel, ensuring the right fit for the team.
  • Experience in leading quality improvement projects, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with various quality control testing methods and techniques to evaluate product quality.
  • Skills in conducting research to support quality initiatives and identify best practices in quality management.
  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools to create meaningful visual representations of quality data.
  • Proficiency in various statistical methods and techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and control charts.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and ensure that quality standards align with customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization to track quality metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead and motivate quality control teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational goals.
  2. Lead and mentor quality control teams, providing guidance and support to junior specialists in their professional development.
  3. Conduct statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, using various statistical methods and tools.
  4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending corrective actions.
  5. Monitor production processes and quality metrics, preparing detailed reports on findings and performance for management and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting audits and inspections as necessary.
  7. Investigate quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  8. Collaborate with various departments to address quality concerns and enhance overall performance.
  9. Engage with customers to understand their quality expectations and feedback, ensuring alignment with quality control efforts.
  10. Participate in strategic planning for quality initiatives, aligning them with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
